Job Description

Embark on an exciting journey as an Outbound Call Scheduler in a dynamic, fast-paced environment dedicated to advancing medical education. You’ll play a pivotal role in connecting healthcare professionals with transformative learning opportunities, directly contributing to the improvement of patient care worldwide. Leveraging your exceptional communication skills and sales acumen, you’ll engage with warm leads who have already shown interest in our client’s innovative educational programs. This position offers a unique blend of high-volume outreach and meaningful interactions, allowing you to make a tangible impact on the healthcare industry while developing your professional skills in a supportive, international team setting.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct engaging, high-volume outbound calls (100+ daily) to warm leads, expertly converting interest into scheduled discovery calls
  • Act as the first point of contact, skillfully addressing initial inquiries and overcoming objections with confidence and product knowledge
  • Utilize your persuasive communication skills to highlight the value of our educational programs, tailoring your approach to each prospect’s needs
  • Maintain meticulous records in our CRM system, ensuring accurate lead status tracking and facilitating seamless handovers to the sales team
  • Collaborate with an international team to achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly scheduling targets, driving company growth
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product offerings and refine your outreach techniques
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our outreach strategies by providing insights from your interactions with prospects
Requirements
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish, with the ability to build rapport quickly and maintain engaging conversations
  • Proven track record in high-volume call environments or sales roles, demonstrating resilience and a results-driven mindset
  • Natural ability to think on your feet, addressing objections creatively while maintaining a positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, capable of balancing high call volumes with quality interactions
  • Proficiency in CRM software and comfort with learning new technological tools to enhance productivity
  • Cultural sensitivity and adaptability, with the ability to connect with diverse healthcare professionals across different regions
  • Passion for continuous learning and professional growth, with a keen interest in the healthcare or education sectors
  • Availability to work full-time (40 hours per week) aligned with US time zones
