Mission

Ensure the complete onboarding of new sellers to the Addi Marketplace experience, following each of the steps required to do so, both technically and in terms of user training. This includes continuous and personalized support for the seller until the integration stage is completed.

What you will do
  • Published new allies per month ensuring that:

    • Each seller is fully active in the Addi marketplace ecosystem.

    • Each seller has products or SKUs at the time of publication to be counted toward the goal.

  • Collaborated with the onboarding team to reduce the average onboarding time for new sellers within the first three months.

  • Tracked and reported monthly progress on onboarding time improvements.

  • Identified and proposed process adjustments or enhancements to streamline onboarding workflows and improve efficiency.

  • Ensure each proposal includes clear metrics to measure its impact on onboarding efficiency and seller satisfaction.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in Onboarding - E-commerce platforms

    • At least 6 months - 1 year of experience in similar roles within e-commerce platforms, customer support, online sales, or systems integration.

    • It would be ideal VTEX e-commerce platform experience: Experience with integrations in VTEX portals

  • Outstanding Communication and Presentation Skills

    • Proven ability to deliver clear, compelling messages that build trust and foster a positive attitude.

    • Skilled at explaining and guiding stakeholders through technical steps while adjusting communication style to fit diverse audiences.

    • Excellent presentation skills, including the ability to convey complex information effectively and engage with sellers and partners.

  • Proven Technical Ownership of E-Commerce Platform Configurations

    • Expertise in configuring and managing seller profiles in the Seller portal, ensuring access to the appropriate tools and features.

    • Experience in managing catalogs, logistics configurations, and providing technical support for sellers' platform-related needs.

  • Proven experience in Supportting and Integrating New Sellers into the Marketplace

    • Skilled in facilitating the onboarding process for new sellers to ensure seamless integration into the platform.

    • Ability to guide sellers in integrating their product catalogs into the marketplace efficiently and accurately.

  • Proactive Follow-Up and Relationship Building

    • Strong capability to maintain continuous communication with sellers to address inquiries, provide support, and resolve challenges.

    • Focused on fostering loyalty and ensuring seller satisfaction within the marketplace ecosystem.

  • Analytical and Reporting Skills

    • Proficient in creating and managing Excel reports to analyze data and performance metrics.

    • Skilled in leveraging analytical insights to identify areas of improvement and drive platform enhancements.

    • Expertise in preparing and presenting regular reports to communicate updates, news, and changes to sellers, ensuring they remain informed.

How the hiring process looks like
  • Meet with our recruiter for a 30-minute video chat. We will get to know you better, understand what you’re looking for, and answer any questions you might have about Addi.

  • Meet with our onboarding marketplace leaders for a 60-minute video chat interview. Here, we will ask you questions about your onboarding background , communication and reporting skills. You will be able to ask any questions about the culture and how we work at AddiI.

  • Complete a simple Live business case. With this business challenge, we want to see your expertise in solving a real-world problem. You will also meet with our Head of Marketplace to talk about the vision of the company, what we are building, and how you will contribute to our marketplace.
