Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:
  • Full-time
  • 40 hours per week or 8 hours per day
  • Monday - Friday
  • 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM MDT with a 30-minute paid break

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, reliable, and personable Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing day-to-day communications with our marketing agency and other lead providers, ensuring smooth operations and timely execution of marketing initiatives. This position requires someone with strong skills in Excel, excellent English communication, and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with external partners. Ideally, the candidate will also have experience with digital marketing strategies, including Google Ads, PPC campaigns, and other lead generation techniques, to drive growth and maximize marketing ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Agency & Lead Provider Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for our marketing agency and lead providers, managing day-to-day communication, and ensuring that projects, campaigns, and objectives are completed on time.
  • Project Coordination: Oversee and coordinate marketing initiatives and campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely execution. Monitor progress and troubleshoot any issues that arise with external partners.
  • Campaign Monitoring & Reporting: Track the performance of ongoing marketing campaigns, particularly those involving lead generation, and communicate results to senior management. Leverage Excel for data analysis and reporting, providing actionable insights.
  • Digital Marketing (Google Ads & PPC): Collaborate with the marketing agency to plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns, PPC ads, and other digital marketing strategies to improve lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Budget Management: Assist with managing marketing budgets, ensuring that funds are allocated effectively to maximize ROI. Provide detailed budget tracking and reporting.
  • Strategy Development: Contribute to the development of digital marketing strategies, particularly in lead generation, and work closely with the marketing agency to implement them.
  • Client Communication: Maintain a high level of professionalism and responsiveness in all client-facing communications, ensuring that client expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with other departments, including sales and operations, to ensure that marketing efforts align with overall business objectives and support lead conversion.


Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in marketing management or a related role. Experience with lead generation, digital marketing, and campaign management is highly preferred.
  • Excel Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis, tracking, and reporting. Ability to manage large datasets and create insightful reports.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to effectively communicate with external partners and internal teams.
  • Personality: Personable and approachable with strong interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, agencies, and vendors.
  • Digital Marketing Knowledge (Preferred): Experience with Google Ads, PPC campaigns, and other digital marketing tools or strategies. Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and social media advertising is a plus.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Reliability: Dependable and consistent in meeting deadlines, managing tasks, and ensuring follow-through on commitments.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot issues and find creative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Experience working with marketing agencies and managing client/vendor relationships.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEMrush, or other digital marketing analytics tools.
  • A background in digital marketing strategy development and execution.
