The Role: Lead Data Analyst 
 

The Team: The ownership team’s main mission is to provide our clients through our platform with the most accurate data in a timely manner. Our goal is to study the market’s legislation and the different public financial data sources that will allow us, together with the tech team, to build repeatable processes and deliver new solutions to the market. Success is measured through our capacity to find new ways to broaden our data coverage, as well as enhancing the collection procedures.

Responsibilities: 

  • Process KPI Maintenance for client queries ensuring TAT is met and quality responses are provided to the clients. Ensuring the key performance drivers of CQ timeliness and quality of responses are met consistently 

  • Ideate and execute Process improvement and Automation projects 

  • Managing client centric projects independently includes scoping the project, Problem Statement, implementation Roadmap, Communication ETAs, Monitoring progress 

  • Timely and crisp communication to Management and researchers about work in progress and challenges 

  • Collaborate with other Collection Teams, Data Management, and global teams to achieve organizational goals and promote diversity. If experience of these kind already there, it will be an added advantage 

  • Knowledge share, policy documentation, Quality control initiatives, Process review, Mentorship, and talent development 

  • Stay abreast of updated guidelines and policies 

  • General understanding of client support process, KPIs and other related metrics 

  • Involvement in policy formation, data extraction through SQL, trend analysis and brainstorming on systematically clean bad data to deliver quality data to clients 

  • Deliver predefined individual and team targets including delivering outcomes with quality and excellence. 

  • Escalating concerns on time and with correct line of communication 
     

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Pathfinder Expertise 

  • Proven History of meeting & exceeding targets with high efficiency in current role 

  • Analytical mindset to find process efficiencies, improvement ideas along with implementation & change management 

  • Expert understanding of guidelines & policies in current role 

  • Soft skills like communication, stakeholder relationship, mentoring 

  • Prior experience in onboarding and setting up workflows 

  • Strong hands-on SQL Queries and Power BI platform 
     
     

Basic Qualifications: 

  • Hands on understanding of the Pathfinder/Workflow logics 

  • Working exposure of CIQ & CIQ Pro Platforms & other offerings 

  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication 

  • Advance level of understanding and executing SQL Queries 

  • Understanding of LEAN principles is a must & if have driven Automation projects with quantifiable benefits, will be an advantage 

  • An inquisitive and investigative nature 

  • Comfortable to work in core night shift and early morning shifts only 
     

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Certification and hands-on experience in MS-office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) 

  • Working knowledge of Excel Macro & Data Visualization Tools 

  • Good understanding of the Capital IQ Platform, MI Platform & Excel Plugins
