Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Recruiter to join our team. This role offers a supportive and collaborative environment where you'll work closely with experienced recruiters to enhance your skills and advance your career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates using diverse recruitment channels.
• Screen and interview candidates to evaluate their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with senior recruiters to understand client requirements and contribute to strategic hiring plans.
• Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and recruitment workflows effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and assist in managing client interactions.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in recruiting (agency or corporate).
• Experience in healthcare recruitment.
  
• Past experience with North American recruitment/market
• Familiarity with ATS platforms.
• Proven success in sourcing and hiring high-quality candidates, achieving hiring goals, and building robust talent pipelines.
• Strong verbal and written English skills, coupled with excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Resourceful, proactive, and creative problem-solver.
• Able to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Access to a reliable laptop and high-speed internet.
