Job description

This is a remote position.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM UK time with 1-hour unpaid break

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will oversee and execute end-to-end  digital marketing campaigns, from strategy creation and content development to performance tracking and automation implementation. You will drive digital initiatives across social media, email, SEO, and web optimization to meet the company's goals.

1. Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution
  • Integrated Campaign Strategy:
  • Develop and implement cohesive digital marketing strategies across all channels (social media, email, website, and YouTube) to drive brand awareness, increase engagement, and boost enrollments for the company's programs.
  • Cross-Platform Social Media Management:
  • Own the strategy for social media campaigns on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok. Schedule and post engaging content, monitor performance, and optimize based on analytics to drive engagement and audience growth.
  • Content Creation & Repurposing:
  • Develop high-quality, compelling content—articles, videos, blog posts, social media updates, and email campaigns—that aligns with the company's messaging and speaks directly to your target audience. Repurpose content (e.g., testimonials, case studies) to maximize reach across platforms.
  • Testimonial & Case Study Management:
  • Collect and organize client testimonials, leveraging them for use in social media, blogs,emails, and other marketing materials. Use video tools like Searchie to gather video testimonials and incorporate them into engaging content formats.
2. Advanced SEO & Content Optimization
  • SEO Strategy & Execution:
  • Oversee the SEO strategy for the company's website and blog, ensuring all content is optimized for both search engines and user engagement. Stay up to date with industry trends to continuously improve search rankings and drive organic traffic.
  • Content Optimization & Performance Tracking:
  • Regularly analyze the performance of content across channels. Use tools like Google Analytics to monitor performance, adjust content strategies, and optimize for key SEO metrics.
3. Marketing Automation & Workflows
  • Email Marketing & Automation:
  • Develop and manage automated email campaigns using tools like ActiveCampaign, or HubSpot. From segmentation and personalization to A/B testing and reporting, ensure email marketing efforts are optimized for conversions and engagement.
  • Workflow Automation:
  • Implement and manage automation systems for marketing tasks (social media posting, email nurturing, lead generation) using tools like Zapier, HubSpot and ClickSend.
  • Automate reporting and analytics processes to streamline workflows.
  • Lead Nurturing & Conversion Optimization:
  • Build and optimize lead funnels that convert website visitors into leads, then nurture those leads through automated campaigns. Utilize data insights to refine and optimize lead generation strategies.
4. Market Research & Competitor Analysis
  • In-Depth Research & Trend Analysis:
  • Conduct regular research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to keep the company at the forefront of digital marketing. Identify opportunities for growth and adaptation.
  • Competitor & Industry Insights:
  • Monitor competitors’ marketing strategies, digital presence, and engagement tactics.
  • Provide actionable insights and make recommendations to stay ahead of the curve and optimize the company's marketing initiatives.
5. Reporting & Data-Driven Insights
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting:
  • Track, measure, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and other tools in the future. Present regular reports with clear recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making:
  • Use data and insights to make informed decisions, optimize ongoing campaigns, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI. Identify key metrics (KPIs) that align with business goals and ensure all marketing activities are moving towards achieving them.
6. Website & Content Management
  • Website Optimization & SEO:
  • Ensure that the client's website is optimized for SEO, usability, and conversions.
  • Regularly update content on the website, improve user experience (UX), and track site performance to drive traffic and lead generation.
  • Content Management (WordPress):
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of website content on WordPress. Ensure all content is up to date, SEO-friendly, and engaging, and optimize landing pages for conversion.


Requirements
1. Extensive Experience in Digital Marketing:
  • Proven expertise across all facets of digital marketing, including social media strategy, SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and lead generation.
2. Advanced Marketing Automation & Tools Knowledge:
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms like ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Zapier and ClickSend and proficiency in creating automated workflows that improve efficiency and engagement.
3. In-Depth SEO & Analytics Expertise:
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and experience with tools like Google Analytics and optimize content and website performance.
4. Content Creation & Campaign Management:
  • Expertise in creating compelling, data-driven content for various platforms. Proven ability to manage content calendars and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital channels.
5. Research & Competitive Analysis:
  • Skilled at conducting market research, tracking competitors, and identifying trends and opportunities to refine digital strategies.
6. Exceptional English Communication Skills (Written & Spoken):
  • Strong command of the English language, with the ability to write, edit, and communicate clearly and persuasively. Your ability to craft engaging content and communicate complex ideas effectively will be crucial for this role.
7. Creative Thinker & Problem Solver:
  • Innovative mindset, with a strong ability to come up with fresh ideas, experiment with new marketing tactics, and find creative solutions to challenges.
8. Tech-Savvy & Highly Organized:
  • Comfort with marketing tools (WordPress, Canva, Google Analytics, Asana, etc.), and ability to efficiently manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
