Job description

Boxgreen is looking for a Corporate Sales Administrator who is highly driven and ready to join a fast-paced start-up environment to support our business structure as we grow!

As a Corporate Sales Administrator , youll be in charge of managing existing B2B accounts, maintaining relationships with our clients, identifying and driving business opportunities, and handling day-to-day transactions. If you are highly motivated and love interacting with people, wed like to meet you!

Job Scope:

  • Assist with admin support and sales operations duties
  • Assist in billing & admin matters (Drafting of contract, generate invoices and etc)
  • Generate and manage vending sales reports
  • Managing existing accounts (i.e. Coordinate corporate sales orders, after sales customer service support and calls)
  • Issuing of invoices and POs to clients
  • Assist in management of marketplaces where we sell our products (Order processing, listing of new products and etc)
  • Handling the day-to-day transactions
  • Providing status updates, follow up with relevant departments/parties to resolve any issue.
  • Any other ad hoc duties by supervisor

Requirement:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in servicing of B2B clients
  • A creative problem-solver who can think on their feet and make decisions quickly
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (i.e. VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint
  • Empathetic towards customers and our fulfilment teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Possess good insight and business acumen
  • People-oriented and able to build rapport with stakeholders
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in food and beverage or hospitality industry is a plus
