Job description

This is a remote position.

Scope
  • Training period: Monday - Friday, 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM ON Time with a 30-minute paid break (40 hours per week)
  • After the training period, the schedule will change and will lean towards more on daytime Manila Time - this scheduled is still TBD
  • Entering sales, inventory, and financial data
  • Updating customer and vendor information
  • Processing orders and invoices
  • Maintaining product catalogs and pricing data
Responsibilities
  • Perform bank reconciliation accurately and efficiently into various platforms and systems
  • Maintain data integrity by following established procedures and guidelines
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies or inconsistencies
  • Collaborate with team members to understand data entry requirements
  • Ensure data is up-to-date and readily available for analysis

Requirements

  • Proven experience in bank reconciliation roles
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high accuracy
  • Proficiency in using computers and data entry software/platforms
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Experience using Netsuite or an ERP system would be an asset
