ONE HITS is seeking qualified applicants to join our clinical team as a Ancillary Applications Build Manager.
Reporting to the Director of Clinical Informatics and Application Support, the Ancillary Applications Build Manager is responsible for overseeing sta management and project implementation for the Ancillary Applications Build Team. This role works very closely with the Project Director and other staff in the Project Management Office.
The Ancillary Applications Build Manager acts as the link between the ancillary operations team, the Project Management Oce (PMO) and the project sites and ensures implementation project
activities associated with ancillary modules are identified, incorporated into the project implementation schedule and tracked to ensure timely completion.
The Ancillary Applications Build Manager ensures their project team is upholding regional standards for module content, monitoring project delivery, and coordinating project change
requests with regional governance. They are involved in hiring and onboarding project team members and facilitating staff training. They are expected to participate in regional governance
through team working groups and committees.
Build Managers have an important role to play as a customer service lead to our ONE HITS member sites. Building and fostering relationships with the member sites is critical to success.
