We are currently looking for an AMS+ Solutions Advisor with AMS+ software and insurance-industry experience as well as strong communication and problem-solving skills to join our growing Professional Services team.  

Summary: 

The AgencyBloc AMS+ Solutions Advisor will serve as a subject matter expert on AMS+ software, providing comprehensive consulting services to clients in the insurance industry. This position will focus on advising clients on the setup of AMS to maximize the value of the product including commission setup, VOIP systems, and system integrations. The role requires excellent communication and project management skills to ensure successful client engagements and high satisfaction levels.

Requirements

Responsibilities: 

• Work directly with clients to understand their business processes and goals, particularly concerning insurance commissions, and translate those needs into AMS+ configurations.
• Lead client discussions to advise on commissions structures, VOIP systems, and integrations within AMS+.
• Provide expertise and training to clients on AMS+ features and functionality.
• Conduct assessments of client operations to recommend optimal software configurations and workflows.
• Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
• Collaborate with the technical team to address and resolve software-related issues or customization requests.
• Maintain thorough documentation of project activities, client interactions, and system configurations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and AMS+ updates to provide clients with cutting-edge solutions.
• Other duties as assigned by your manager. 

Skills/Education/Experience:  

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field desired, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a software consultant, preferably in the insurance or related industries.
• In-depth knowledge of AMS software and its application within the insurance industry, along with expertise in the insurance commissions processes and configuration is required.
• Proven experience with VOIP system setup and integrations preferred.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, deliverables, and client expectations effectively.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated experience in direct customer interaction.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other project management tools.
• Familiarity with integration technologies and software APIs
• Preference will be given to internal applicants and candidates with AMS+ expertise.
