The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced hands-on Frontend Architect who will take charge of architecture, design, and implementation while playing an active role in coding, mentoring, and driving technical excellence in the team. This is a leadership role that balances strategic thinking with a practical, roll-up-your-sleeves approach to solving complex technical challenges.You’ll collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams across multiple divisions to deliver outstanding software that our customers love.
Your Job Responsibilities
What you will be doing:
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Define and implement the frontend architecture for our Single Page Applications (SPAs), ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.
- UI Component Development: Build reusable, efficient, and accessible UI components leveraging modern frameworks like React and TypeScript.
- Performance Optimization: Profile and optimize applications for speed, ensuring best-in-class performance across browsers and devices.
- Collaborative Design: Work closely with backend architects, product managers, and UX designers to translate requirements into highly engaging user interfaces.
- DevOps Integration: Contribute to and enhance CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, ensuring smooth, automated testing and deployments.
- Quality Assurance: Implement automated testing strategies to deliver reliable and maintainable codebases, using tools like Vitest and Playwright.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor developers, review code, and drive technical decisions to maintain high engineering standards.
Your Skill Set

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with React, including a deep understanding of its internals and the wider JavaScript ecosystem.
- 10+ years of overall experience, with at least 5 years deploying and maintaining applications on AWS.
- Proficiency in TypeScript.
- Strong knowledge of browser internals, debugging/profiling tools, and techniques for performance optimization.
- Expertise in building in-house component libraries, with a solid grasp of modular CSS, design systems, and bundlers - including ESM.
- Comprehensive knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks (e.g., Vitest, Playwright), and associated challenges for frontend systems.
