We are looking for a Business Development Manager who will focus on turning cold leads into active clients through follow-up techniques, including setting up introductory calls with prospects. The ideal candidate is proactive, an excellent communicator, and skilled at crafting messages that resonate with our Ideal Customer Profile.
As a Business Development Manager (BDM) at Altamira, you will play a crucial role in identifying and generating new business opportunities that align with our company strategy. You will also provide feedback and contribute to improving this strategy based on market insights.
The BDM should have a deep understanding of the market and competition to develop effective sales strategies and apply both sales and solution expertise. Collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams is essential to drive and optimize Altamira's value proposition.
