Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

• Beheren en afhandelen van belangrijke operationele kwesties op locatie.
• Ontwikkelen van projectplannen en opbouwen van een cross-functioneel team rondom issues.
• Informeren en presenteren van (tussentijdse) resultaten aan het (top)management.
• Actief projectmanagement:
  • Dagelijkse projectmanagement gedurende de gehele levenscyclus van het programma.
  • Beheer van het projectbudget, risico's en problemen en het nemen van corrigerende maatregelen.
  • Coördineren van projecten en hun onderlinge afhankelijkheden.
  • Benutten en beheren van middelen voor verschillende projecten.
  • Beheren van productwijzigingen in het project samen met de Product Change Manager.
• Managen van projectproblemen met de centrale functies en externe belanghebbenden.
• Beheer van turbineschade in de vloot (service, 8D-proces incl. RCA, klantenbeheer).
• Product- en projectrisicobeheer op bedrijfsniveau, inclusief commerciële aspecten.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Managing and handling key operational issues on site.
• Developing project plans and building a cross-functional team around issues.
• Informing and presenting (interim) results to (top) management.
• Active project management:
  • Perform day-to-day project management throughout the program life cycle.
  • Managing the project budget, risks and issues and taking corrective actions.
  • Coordinating projects and their dependencies.
  • Utilizing and managing resources for different projects.
  • Managing product changes in the project together with the Product Change Manager.
    
• Managing project issues with the central functions and external stakeholders.
  
• Management of turbine damage in the fleet (service, 8D process incl. RCA, customer management).
• Product & project risk management at company level, including commercial aspects.

• Engineering degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Project management skills (Six Sigma).

• Ability to communicate at senior management level.
• Technical understanding and interdependencies required.
• Global knowledge of business processes related to products.
