Job description

·       Location: Remote (80%), München/Rheinbach

Leistungsbeschreibung:

Betrieb, Test und Entstörung im Bereich Microsoft SharePoint Server unter der Beachtung von Vorgaben im Rahmen des Service Design und Service Transition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation und Administration einer hohen Anzahl von SharePoint Server (SharePoint 2016, 2019 und SE).

  • Installation nach Vorgaben von „cumulative updates“ (CUs) auf SharePoint Server.

  • Erstellen, Pflege und Erweiterung von Automatisierungsskripte auf PowerShell Basis.

  • Installation und Administration von SharePoint Applikation im Backend Bereich.

  • 1st und 2nd Level Support, Kommunikation mit dem 3rd Level Support.

  • Bearbeitung von Störungen (Störungsannahme, Fehleranalyse, Fehlerbehebung).

  • Betreuung von Tools für die eingesetzten Systeme im Rahmen des Regelbetriebes.

  • Antragsabarbeitung im Rahmen des Regelbetriebes, sowie Patchmanagement.

  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der technischen Dokumentation.
