This is a remote position.

Job Title: Amazon FBA Assistant
Location: Remote
ype: Part-Time -  Flexible monday to friday 4 hours per day. Prefer at least one or two hours overlap with CST hours.

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Amazon FBA Assistant to manage day-to-day
operations for our Amazon sales channel. The assistant will be responsible for tasks such as coordinating
shipments, managing product listings, ensuring Amazon compliance, customer service and supporting
marketing efforts. This role requires experience in and a solid understanding of Amazon Seller Central
and manufacturing in and importing from China. The role also requires advanced Excel knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

Shipment and Supply Chain Coordination
 Liaise with Chinese suppliers on manufacturing orders, including scheduling inspections and
following up with any issues found, verifying packing lists, scheduling pickup and
troubleshooting any issues that arise.
 Create shipments in Seller Central, input carton sizes and quantities, compare quotes and send
labels to suppliers with instructions. Extreme attention to detail required.
 Prepare and upload customs documentation, such as commercial invoices and packing lists.
Ensure correct HTS codes are used.
Seller Central Support
 Assist in creating and managing product listings in Amazon Seller Central, ensuring all details,
variations, and images are accurate and optimized for search visibility.
 Monitor and troubleshoot listing issues, including stranded inventory, suppressed listings, or
mismatched child-parent ASIN relationships.
 Manage inventory placement between AWD and Amazon FBA warehouses as needed.
 Review and stay updated on Amazon policies and trends, ensuring compliance and adaptability
across operations.
 Update portfolio names for campaigns in amazon advertising.
Bookkeeping and Auditing
 Track shipments, audit costs (e.g., shipping and duties), and ensure alignment with estimates.

 Update and maintain internal spreadsheets to reflect shipment statuses and locations of
inventory.
 Perform shipment reconciliations and submit reimbursement requests for lost or stranded
inventory.
 Monitor FBA fees based on product dimensions and submit remeasurement requests as
required.
 Audit and reconcile invoices and costs of goods sold (COGS).
Customer Engagement and Feedback
 Monitor customer reviews and feedback in Seller Central to identify issues related to product
quality or listing accuracy.
 Address actionable items from "Voice of the Customer" and other feedback tools to maintain a
positive brand reputation. Follow up with manufacturers on any issues highlighted by
customers.
 Provide customer service support for both Amazon and Shopify channels.
Marketing and Campaigns
 Schedule promotion emails in Amazon Seller Central to promote new products and sales.
 Update product promotions as needed.
 Design and schedule promotion emails in Mailchimp for our Shopify mailing list.
Operational Support
 Assist with ad hoc tasks as needed.

Requirements
Qualifications
 Minimum of 2 years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
 Proven experience creating shipments in Amazon Seller Central and managing inbound
shipments from China including customs paperwork and procedures.
 Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis, auditing, and reporting.
 Strong understanding of Amazon FBA processes, including inventory management and
troubleshooting issues with listings.

Preferred Skills
 Bookkeeping
 Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

 Experience with Shopify and third-party amazon management software.
 Helium10 experience
 Mailchimp experience
