In this role you will be responsible for End User sales activity align to division and LU strategy, in all of expected/beyond the solutions and products in Onomichi area collaborating global team and other area/functions within LU, ensuring targets for individual and team.
Reporting to head of EU Sales.

The Sales Expert will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective sales strategies, relationship building, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Your background:

  • 8 years of sales experience (preferable service business /digital solution in marine or power plant industry but not Must), working as strategic sales to develop new product/solution and to develop new customers.

  • Strong understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices with data oriented

  • Soft Skill required of High-level communication skill for internal and external with leaderships, Teamwork, Goal oriented thinking, Proactive action, change mind set.

  • Knowledge of MS Office, experience with CRM/SF software

  • Japanese native and English TOEIC 730 (business level communication/negotiation)

  • Current Japan residence with Japan driver's license
