Monitoring Services Oversight Manager

Job Description Summary

We are seeking a Monitoring Services Oversight Manager to help us plan, execute, and interpret clinical trials research and operations. This role involves establishing scientific methods for clinical protocols, supporting clinical research, and ensuring timely processing of agreements. You will collaborate with global teams, manage clinical files, and interact with various stakeholders to ensure efficient study execution.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• MSOM is a global clinical manager or country / cluster leader on study specific activities – is responsible for communication and oversight with External Vendor regarding Trial Monitoring, Quality and compliance of clinical monitoring activities related to investigator site qualification, initiation, and trial conduct (recruitment, quality data collection).
• Ensures adherence to clinical data standards, prevailing legislation, GCP, Ethical Committee and SOP requirements
• Regularly interacts with senior management or executive levels on matters concerning several functional areas and/or customers -Implements strategic policies when selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
• Establishes and assures adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements.
• Contributes to and often leads the development of departmental goals and objectives.
• May review and sign off Monitoring Visits Reports -Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / any other special case scenarios related to Novartis studies

Essential Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience as a Global Project Manager in clinical research
• Ability to manage crises
• Readiness to work across cultures
• Fluent in English

Desirable Requirements:

• Experience working with African and Arabian Peninsula countries
