• Detail-Oriented: This role involves processing exceptions, uploading documents, and coordinating logistics. A keen eye for detail is essential to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Feedback-Driven: We value proactiveness in seeking and giving feedback to peers, business partners, and leadership. This focus on open communication helps us adapt and continuously improve our processes.

The Specifics.

• High School diploma (required), Bachelor or Associate degree is preferred.
• Experience working in an administrative role.
• Meets quality production expectations, while maintaining high level of accuracy.
• Comfortable balancing multiple tasks while using a variety of computer systems.
• Commitment to teamwork and personal growth.
