Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Act as a strategic liaison between IT leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners to ensure alignment on business objectives.
  • Partner with managed service providers and vendors to deliver high-quality solutions and support.

Documentation and Knowledge Management:

  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of comprehensive, consistent documentation for platform configurations, standards, and operational procedures.
  • Drive knowledge-sharing initiatives within the team and with stakeholders across the organization.

Troubleshooting and Incident Management:

  • Provide guidance on resolving complex platform issues, minimizing business disruption and ensuring swift incident resolution.
