As a Senior Software Engineer II on the Frontend Web Experience Squad, you will collaborate with other engineers to shape and drive technical solutions for scalable, high-performance frontend web applications. You will work closely with engineers in your team to review designs and steer them toward more reliable and sustainable outcomes, making you a force multiplier. You are a great collaborator and coach, and will help to grow engineers in your team. You foster a friendly, open, introspective culture that encourages everyone to speak their mind and avoid red tape, unnecessary rituals, bureaucracy and politics. The Pay: Axon is a total compensation company, meaning compensation is made up of base pay, bonus, and stock awards. The starting base pay for this role is between USD 153,850 and USD 181,000, depending on experience, skills, and other relevant factors. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, geographic market, and often a combination of all these factors.
