As a key member of our B2B Strategy & BizOps team, the Business Operations Manager drives the operational success of our distribution partnerships team, a fast growing revenue channel. We’re looking for someone who thrives on executing projects, analyzing performance data, and providing the tools and support needed to enable the team to excel. This role is highly execution-focused, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and enabling the teams to meet their goals efficiently.
What You’ll Do
Prepare materials and insights for QBRs consolidating key data and leveraging dashboards to help sales teams evaluate past performance and plan for future objectives.
Define and develop levers and tools to drive profitable growth with our distribution partners
Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track performance metrics, providing visibility into team progress and pacing against targets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Finance, Product) to align on operational priorities and ensure the smooth execution of initiatives.
Build scalable process improvements to streamline workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and ensure scalable growth for B2B operations.
Provide hands-on coaching, operational support, troubleshooting issues, and enabling account management teams with the tools and resources they need to succeed
Skills & Experience
4+ years of experience in business operations, preferably with a focus on global markets.
Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g. SQL, Tableau) to build dashboards and generate performance insights.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce as a user, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and support system optimization.
Demonstrated ability to analyze data, monitor team performance, and deliver actionable insights that drive results.
Proven track record of managing tasks efficiently and achieving results in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and provide hands-on operational support to B2B stakeholders.
Resourceful in identifying and resolving operational challenges, with a focus on execution and achieving efficiency.
