Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Back Office Staff to join our team in Delhi. The Back Office Staff will play a crucial role in supporting day-to-day operations by ensuring that administrative and clerical tasks are executed smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Data Entry and Management:

  2. Documentation and Record Keeping:

    • Ensure timely filing and proper storage of documents for easy retrieval when needed.
  3. Administrative Support:

    • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other essential documents.

    • Manage office supplies, handle inventory, and ensure timely ordering of materials.
    • Perform general office duties such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing office events.
  4. Communication and Coordination:

    • Act as a liaison between internal teams, management, and external partners to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.
    • Respond to inquiries, emails, and phone calls, providing necessary support to staff and clients.
    • Coordinate tasks and deadlines across various teams, ensuring timely completion of administrative projects.
  5. Financial Support (if required):

    • Assist in processing invoices, purchase orders, and payment transactions.
    • Maintain records of financial documents and help in reconciliation processes when needed.
    • Support the finance team in managing budgets and expense tracking.
  6. Report Generation:

    • Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly reports based on required data.
    • Assist senior staff in compiling reports for upper management.
    • Generate operational reports, performance summaries, and other data-driven documents as required.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: A minimum of a high school diploma; a Bachelors degree in business administration or any relevant field is a plus.
  • Experience: 0-3 years of experience in an administrative or back-office role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with other office management software and tools.
