Job description

Duration: 10-month contract with Extension

Seeking DOMAIN KNOWLEDGE in the following Areas:
o US Trade Compliance
o SAP E4H Platform
o MES Traceability (Camstar or FWD)

Job Description:

Manage and oversee all aspects of the project involving a specific product or domain, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Employ Agile methodologies throughout the development lifecycle to facilitate continuous improvement and process optimization.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders and development teams, to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
Develop project plans and schedules, financial tracking, risk management plans, and project documentation. Update and maintain project documents for the duration of the project.
Ensure all Quality Processes are followed and required artifacts are maintained on the project repository site.
Act as a servant leader to team members, meeting key milestones and resolving technical or operational problems.
Frequently connect with customers, including sponsors, key stakeholders, and end users, to understand their needs and the value of the solution or service provided to their business.

Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. A master’s degree or relevant certification would be considered an asset.
Minimum of 7+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on IT and software development projects.
Strong understanding of business and operational processes.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and people skills.
Demonstrated conflict resolution and negotiation skills.

Soft Skills:

Knowledge of Product Service Delivery Model.
7+ years of prior experience as a Program Manager with domain experience.
5+ years of direct supervisory experience of virtual teams.
Experience using Agile Tools such as Kanban Boards, JIRA, Confluence, GitLab, or Planview.
Experience with Digital Transformation and automating manual project management processes.
Scrum/Agile Certified.
Domain Certifications in SAP, SFDC, Cyber Security, Manufacturing Engineering Systems, and Infrastructure.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. A master’s degree or relevant certification would be considered an asset
