E2E testing cross teams(if applicable)Technical responsibility over the solutions deliveredCross-team involvement (5 3PG teams + client teams)Involvement in the architectural activities at account levelHelps team remove roadblocks to successful deliveryInvolved/driver of initiatives that provide value to client outside of day-to-day activitiesPartners up with PDM to improve processes, ensure delivery success, raise project risksRequirement analysis, Coding, design, implementation, testing, problem analysis and resolution, and technical documentation;Understanding of technical requirements and how they relate and familiarity in general performance practices like caching, query optimization, memory utilization and clean-up etc.Ability to mentor lower seniorty team members and support peers; Code reviews for pull requests on a variety of areas: project standards, design, design patterns, unit tests, solid principles etc. Partner with QAs to develop a quality mindset and advocate for quality standards and adherence to the definition of done; Understands how various requirements impacts the project or other teams;Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s or advanced degree preferred. Equivalent practical experience considered.Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in the IT field, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of testing strategies, methodologies, and automation in complex software development environments.4+ years of leadership experience in QA roles, with a proven track record of managing high-performing QA teams and leading large-scale testing initiatives.Expertise in QA automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, TestComplete), with a strong command of programming languages relevant to automation (Python, Java, C#).Advanced project management skills, with a history of successfully managing projects from conception to delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.Demonstrated excellence in stakeholder management and collaboration, with the ability to influence decisions and drive QA strategies across functions within 3Pillar and with external partners.Solid experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices and DevOps methodologies, enhancing QA processes and productivity.Strong business acumen, with an understanding of industry trends, standards, and the competitive landscape, leveraging this insight to inform strategic QA decisions.Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a systematic approach to tackling complex issues and the initiative to continuously enhance technical and leadership skills.Highly developed communication skills, proficient in engaging with senior management, stakeholders, and external partners to advocate for quality assurance excellence and influence strategic directions.Additional Experience Desired:Professional QA certifications (ISTQB Advanced Level, CSTE) or certifications in project management (PMP, Agile/Scrum certifications).Deep understanding of and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and testing in cloud-native environments.Proven ability in strategic thinking and decision-making, with a forward-looking approach to QA leadership, ensuring alignment with emerging technologies and industry trends.Outstanding leadership and team development skills, capable of mentoring, coaching, and inspiring a diverse team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.Comprehensive knowledge of current and emerging testing tools, methodologies, and best practices, with the ability to implement these to drive efficiency and effectiveness in QA processes.What is it like working for 3Pillar Global?
