Our electric bikes and scooters have powered 400+ million rides in 250+ cities on 5 continents, replacing an estimated 100+ million car trips. Named a Time 100 Most Influential Company and Fast Company Brand That Matters, we achieved a fully profitable year in 2022, becoming the first in our industry to reach this milestone.

Lime is hiring a Benefits Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for performing day-to-day benefits-related duties to support Benefits and Total Rewards team objectives. You will support Lime employees with Benefits related queries, including leaves of absence, health and wellness plans, 401(k) plan administration, and employee benefits education.

What You'll Do:
  • Assist in the administration of Lime’s employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, life AD&D, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Health Savings Accounts (HSA), Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), leave of absence, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, providing guidance on benefits options and promptly resolving issues related to enrollment and eligibility.
  • Participate in regular audits and contribute to the development of standard operating procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Execute administrative tasks, including managing of service tickets and troubleshooting related issues.
  • Document and maintain key processes, procedures and guides for benefit administration.
  • Provide support in administering open enrollment, fielding inquiries, and distributing communications.
  • Coordinate operations and efficiencies of benefits administration by liaising effectively between benefits, payroll, human resources and third-party vendors.
  • Support with vendor invoicing, billing and payment processes.

  • About You:
  • 2+ years of benefits/leave related experience coupled with an analytical mindset and proven experience in supporting internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to effectively plan, organize and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and confidentiality.
  • Experience within MS Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in contributing to a team, including the capacity to review and improve workplace practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization in a professional manner.
  • Familiar with Workday HRIS.

  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiar with pertinent federal and state regulations including the HIPAA, ACA, ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, ADA, Section 125 plans, workers' compensation, COBRA, and DOL requirements.
  • Knowledge of G Suite/Google Workspace.

  • The anticipated salary range for this position is $49,000 - $79,000. Annual performance bonus, equity and benefits may be provided as part of the compensation package, depending on the position offered. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. Exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the candidate’s location of residence, the successful candidate's skills, experience and other qualifications. In addition to base salary, some roles may be eligible for a variable performance-bonus based on a combination of company performance, employee performance, and management discretion.
