Job description

We’re looking for a versatile Marketing and Creative Specialist to join our team. This role combines creativity with organizational skills, supporting both design needs and marketing initiatives. You’ll play a key role in maintaining our visual identity, enhancing our online presence, and streamlining the marketing support process for our advisors.

What you'll do:
  • Graphic Design: Design marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, social media graphics, and digital ads. Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines.
  •  Website Management: Update website content using HubSpot. Collaborate with the team to optimize website performance and user experience.
  • Social Media Management: Manage the company’s LinkedIn account, including creating and scheduling posts. Monitor engagement and provide insights for growth strategies.
  • Copywriting & Content Creation: Write concise, compelling copy for social media, website updates, and marketing materials. Collaborate on email campaigns and other marketing communication efforts.
  • Marketing Coordination: Manage marketing material requests from advisors and coordinate with the creative agency. Ensure timely delivery and quality of materials.
  • Support Marketing Operations: Assist with ideation and execution of digital marketing campaigns and initiatives as needed. Track and report on campaign performance metrics.

  • What you'll bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
  • o 2+ years of experience in graphic design and/or marketing.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Photoshop).
  • Experience with website CMS (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot).
  • Understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) systems, experience with HubSpot is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of SEO and analytics tools is a plus.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.
