About the Role:

As a Paralegal, you’ll work closely with the CFO, General Counsel, and cross-functional teams to ensure legal excellence across the board. From managing contracts to navigating complex compliance landscapes, your expertise will play a key role in driving the company’s success.

What You’ll Do:
  • Draft, review, and manage NDAs, vendor agreements, and customer contracts
  • Conduct research on legal and regulatory issues specific to SaaS, CPaaS, and telecom industries
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with data protection laws like GDPR and CCPA, as well as intellectual property regulations
  • Maintain corporate records and manage entity formation and filings
  • Organize and maintain the legal department’s files for quick and efficient access
  • Assist with subpoenas, discovery materials, and managing interactions with external counsel
  • Help draft and update key company policies, including privacy policies, terms of service, and compliance guidelines
  • Partner with internal teams to provide legal guidance and support

What You Bring to the Table:
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Business Administration, or a related field; Paralegal certification preferred
  • 3+ years of paralegal experience, preferably in a SaaS or technology company
  • Strong understanding of contracts, intellectual property, and compliance requirements
  • Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and contract management software
  • Familiarity with SaaS business models, CPaaS technologies, and data privacy regulations (a major plus!)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
