Senior Data Analyst

The Role:

As a Senior Data Analyst at Apryse, you will be a key part of our Sales Operations Team, responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets. Your insights will be critical in building data infrastructure, developing data and propensity models, and deploying algorithms to assist in revenue generating activities to enhance the overall business performance. You will report directly to the Head of Sales Analytics team and work closely with senior leaders and a cross-functional teams to gather, process, and present data-driven insights to enable data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities:

1. Data Collection and Processing:

• Collaborate with business owners to define data requirements.
• Extract, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Develop and maintain automated processes for data collection and integration.

2. Data Analysis and Visualization:

• Utilize statistical methods to analyze customer data, product trends, and develop predictive models.
• Create insightful reports and visualizations to communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Identify patterns, correlations, and trends that can inform go-to-market strategy and decision-making.

3. Quality Assurance:

• Conduct thorough quality assurance checks on customer data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Work with sales and CRM teams to address data-related issues and implement solutions.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate with senior leaders to identify areas for improvement based on data analysis.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, finance, customer success, and sales, to align data analysis efforts with overall business objectives.
• Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, translating data insights into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience as a data analyst, preferably in a revenue-focused environment.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other relevant programming languages.
• Experience with: PowerBI, Salesforce CRM, Database Management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive insights from complex datasets.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

The compensation for this position is commensurate upon experience, with a range between $90,000.00- $115,000.00 CAD in on target earnings.
