The Analyst, Automation Services, is a key member of Whip Media’s Customer Success/Client Operations team. This role focuses on identifying, developing, and maintaining automated solutions for manual and repetitive operational processes. Leveraging tools such as Excel (VBA macros), UiPath, Selenium, Python, and Machine Learning, the Analyst will help streamline workflows and enhance efficiency. This is an entry-level role ideal for a candidate with some experience and a passion for learning and growing in automation and process optimization.


What You Will Do:

  • Analyze and document manual operational processes to identify opportunities for automation.
  • Develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using tools such as Excel (VBA macros), UiPath, Selenium, and Python.
  • Monitor and maintain existing automation workflows to ensure continued accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver tailored automation solutions.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to automation tools and processes, providing timely resolutions.
  • Conduct QA checks to validate the performance and reliability of automated workflows.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for all automation processes, tools, and workflows.
  • Stay updated on emerging automation technologies and best practices, actively applying them to improve operations.
Requirements

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in operational process analysis, data processing, or automation development.
  • Familiarity with at least one automation tool or programming language (e.g., UiPath, Python, Selenium, VBA).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and applying them to solve real-world problems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
  • Basic understanding of data storage platforms such as S3 or SFTP is a plus.
  • Experience with Machine Learning concepts or tools is a bonus but not required.

The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $30.00 - $31.00. Additionally, you will be eligible to participate in our company’s equity program, plus our robust medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits. The actual hourly rate offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job, job-related skills, experience, relevant education/certifications or training, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company.
