Rate – $110.00 Per Hour
Job Responsibilities / Typical Day in the Role
• Leads and executes across all phases of the design process from conception to implementation to include (but not limited to) wire-framing, prototyping, and visual design.
• Leads large-scale highly strategic projects that are deemed business critical.
• Contributes to a clear vision for the future of design and demonstrates ability to implement forward thinking design.
• Transforms ideas of concepts into visually tangible flows and plans
• Builds collaborative relationships with internal stakeholder leads (product management, engineering, revenue) to ensure consistency with broader product goals and company objectives.
• Demonstrates strong understanding & implementation of internal design process.
• Leads team in framing and providing thoughtful solutions to complex design problems.
• Demonstrates influence across the organization, mentoring other individual contributors and leaders.
Must Have Skills / Requirements
1) UX Design experience
a. Experience with Figma.
2) User Flow-Mapping
a. Experience with Figjam.
3) User Testing and Research
a. Experience with Userzoom, Optimizly.
Nice to Have Skills / Preferred Requirements
1) Media experience or exposure.
2) Strong visual design examples.
3) Experience with news environments and content publishing a plus.

1) Design portfolio demonstrating strong UX and visual design solutions, with an emphasis on identifying and meaningfully solving true user problems.

Education / Certifications
1) Bachelor’s degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience.
