Product Owner – Logistics and Technology Solutions

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Product Owner to lead the design, development, and delivery of innovative logistics and technology solutions within a global organization. The ideal candidate will possess deep domain knowledge in logistics processes, a strong background in product development, and exceptional leadership abilities to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy & Vision: Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer needs.
  
• End-to-End Logistics Solutions: Design and develop comprehensive logistics solutions, leveraging expertise in SAP S4/HANA, drop ship models, order management, order fulfillment, pricing, and global data synchronization.
  
• User-Centered Design: Apply human-centered design principles to understand user needs, solving complex problems through innovative solutions.
  
• Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with business and engineering teams to deliver high-quality software solutions or services, employing agile methodologies, wireframes, and prototypes.
  
• Team Leadership: Lead virtual teams to manage the end-to-end delivery of products, ensuring successful integration of digital core technologies, dashboards, APIs, cloud services, e-commerce systems, real-time alerts, and AI capabilities.
  
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a change agent, influencing and inspiring stakeholders at all levels to adopt innovative product solutions.
  
• Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), gather feedback, and refine products based on user input and business priorities.
  

Qualifications:

• Education:
  
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related discipline.
  
• Experience:
  
• 15+ years of demonstrable experience in logistics processes and end-to-end solution development.
  
• 3-5+ years of experience in product development with a focus on human-centered design and agile methodologies.
  
• Proven track record of launching successful software solutions or services in a global environment.
  
• Skills:
  
• Expertise in technologies such as SAP S4/HANA, digital core systems, APIs, e-commerce, cloud services, and artificial intelligence.
  
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with capabilities in negotiation, training, and presenting.
  
• Proficiency in agile product development, including creating wireframes, prototypes, and user stories.
