Tech Website Designer & Digital Strategist - (ZR_19246_JOB)

This is a remote position.

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, flexible within the client's business hours
  
• Working hours: 40 hours / week
  

Focus on website development, app integration, SEO, and digital content creation to provide a seamless and engaging customer experience. While technical expertise is a must, strong customer service skills are also a plus, as the role may involve occasional collaboration with clients or team members to address feedback or improve user-facing solutions. This role requires a mix of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and creativity to execute digital initiatives that enhance our brand and improve user engagement.

• Has coding experience (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for custom website development and optimization
  
• Is proficient in Shopify, including theme customization, app integration, and improving site performance
  
• Can configure and maintain apps and plugins to enhance user experience and streamline backend processes
  
• Has strong SEO expertise to improve website ranking, increase organic traffic, and boost discoverability
  
• Is skilled in graphic design and video/photo editing to create engaging and high-quality marketing content that aligns with our brand identity
  
• Understands UX/UI principles to ensure a user-friendly and intuitive customer experience
  
• Has experience with email marketing tools (Klaviyo, Mailchimp) for creating and managing campaigns
  
• Can use data analytics tools to monitor website performance and suggest data-driven optimizations
  
• Has worked in e-commerce, wellness, or healthcare industries and understands the unique challenges in these markets
  
• Possesses customer service skills to collaborate effectively and respond to team or client feedback when needed
