Job description

This is a remote position.


Schedule: 20 hours a week, Monday - Friday, 9am-1pm or 1pm-5pm Alexandria, VA Time
  • Promptly address customer inquiries via online chat, email, and other communication channels, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional responses.
  • Utilize Shopify and internal CRM systems to retrieve and review customer order details, process orders, and manage customer accounts.
  • Process refunds, exchanges, cancellations, and other customer requests in strict adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the fulfillment, logistics, and product teams to resolve customer issues efficiently and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Create and send personalized email and SMS quotes to customers based on their specific inquiries and preferences.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our product catalog, promotions, and policies to provide expert assistance and guidance to customers.
  • Monitor and document recurring customer feedback and issues, preparing detailed reports for the management team to drive continuous improvement.
  • Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on company policies, new product launches, and e-commerce best practices.




Requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with impeccable grammar and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently while managing multiple inquiries across various platforms.
  • A self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with Shopify and popular CRM tools (e.g., Zendesk, HubSpot, or Gorgias) is essential.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
  • A detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction.
