Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Spearhead the full-cycle recruitment process, attracting top talent to support the delivery of premium rehabilitation services
  • Design and implement comprehensive onboarding programs that quickly integrate new hires into the organization’s culture of excellence
  • Develop and oversee employee training initiatives, ensuring staff maintain up-to-date certifications crucial for providing high-quality care
  • Manage the administration of competitive benefits packages that attract and retain top healthcare professionals
  • Lead employee relations efforts, fostering a positive work environment that aligns with the organization’s commitment to compassionate care
  • Oversee weekly payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely compensation for all staff members
  • Craft and implement HR policies and procedures that support the unique needs of a high-end healthcare facility
  • Ensure strict compliance with labor laws and regulations specific to the healthcare industry, safeguarding the organization’s reputation
  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention, supporting the delivery of consistent, high-quality care
  • Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals, supporting the company’s growth and evolution
  • Manage performance evaluation processes and compensation reviews, recognizing and rewarding excellence in patient care
  • Provide expert guidance on sensitive employee matters, including disciplinary actions and terminations, maintaining a fair and supportive work environment
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive employee handbooks and policy documentation, ensuring clear communication of expectations and procedures
Requirements
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in HR management, with a strong preference for healthcare or related fields
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements specific to the healthcare industry
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and management
  • Demonstrated proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems used in healthcare settings
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR) highly preferred
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR initiatives that drive organizational success
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Experience in change management and ability to support organizational growth and evolution
  • Demonstrated commitment to confidentiality and handling of sensitive information
  • Passion for the healthcare industry and understanding of the unique challenges in addiction treatment facilities
  • Ability to work flexibly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and guide both staff and management on HR-related matters
