Job description

This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Student Counseling:
  • Provide tailored guidance to MBA & Management students for university and course selection.
  • Assist with profile building, SOPs, LORs, resumes, and interview preparation.
  • Offer support on scholarships, financial aid, and visa processes for destinations like the USA, UK, Canada, and Australia etc.
  • Admissions Expertise:
  • Stay updated on admission processes for top global universities and leverage technology to deliver real-time counseling.
  • Ensure students have the necessary documents and meet application requirements.
  • Student Experience:
  • Conduct comfort calls to address concerns and nurture trust to close sales.
  • Organize engaging webinars to educate and inspire potential students.
  • Establish structured follow-up mechanisms for a seamless application journey.
  • Strategic Career Guidance:
  • Help students identify suitable MBA specializations and post-MBA career opportunities.
  • Leverage alumni connections to provide firsthand insights into top MBA programs.
  • Tech-Enabled Efficiency:
  • Utilize CRM tools to track student journeys and maintain organized communication.
  • Use data-driven insights to predict outcomes and improve counseling services.




Requirements
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong listening abilities.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in overseas education counseling, particularly for MBA & Management programs with a history of successful admits from top B-Schools.
  • Familiarity with admissions processes for key study-abroad destinations.
  • A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to work efficiently using digital tools.
  • A strong willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
