We have an exciting remote opportunity for a Senior Enterprise Architect!

What You Will Do:

- Serve as a Senior Enterprise Architect (EA), responsible for helping map existing digital and business process, identifying necessary process changes, developing technology roadmaps, and acting as a critical resource to support our transformation journey.

- Serve as a senior member of the EA organization, tasked with developing clear enterprise level technical architectures, standards, and strategic technology roadmaps for all parts of P&W, driving end-to-end visibility of digital technology married to business processes, and ensuring all of P&W understands the global EA approach and value.

- Develop and deliver robust architecture guidelines for major initiatives such as enterprise integration and partner extensively with all P&W stakeholders to ensure that Enterprise Architecture is meeting company needs.

- Provide strong leadership, overall technical direction to the technology and business teams, and develop and communicate guidance to stakeholders based on enterprise standards.

- Act as a thought leader, operating across all of P&Ws Technical Platform Areas, (e.g. ERP, CRM, PLM, MES, eCommerce, Contract Life Cycle Management, Customer Data Platform, etc) and provide guidance on a global scale regarding Industry Best Practices for architecture.

- Demonstrate experience in process mapping, architecting, and optimization for digital transformation of major industrial, manufacturing, or A&D organization.

Qualifications You Must Have:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information Systems and 10+ years of experience in Information Technology that includes 7+ years acting as a senior solution architect for major systems and/or an enterprise architect, leading large scale technology implementations, and experience as an enterprise level business/process/technology architect; OR an Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information Systems and 7+ years of experience in Information Technology that includes 6+ years acting as a senior solution architect for major systems and/or an enterprise architect, leading large scale technology implementations, and experience as an enterprise level business/process/technology architect. 

- Experience implementing global processes and practices for architecture, to include documenting or creating governance and standards.

- Experience with modern architecture frameworks and designs that support successful digital technology insertion and DevSecOps pipeline delivery.

- Ability to provide strategic technical leadership and lead by influence the creation of long-term strategy (e.g., more than 3 years) roadmaps in a virtual environment.

- Possess exceptional written and oral communication skills, can develop clear, concise, and logically written business communications, as well as deliver recommendations.

- Knowledge and experience working in Agile / Scrum teams, including daily standups, retrospectives, demos/reviews.

- Demonstrated expertise in API strategy and governance, including understanding of API architectural patterns, ability to define API standards and integration frameworks across the enterprise, and skill in articulating their benefits for business capability reuse, system interoperability, and data exchange optimization.

- Self-starter with self-confidence, enthusiasm, and strong customer service orientation.

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
