Let’s talk about you

As our Program Manager - Fibre Delivery you'll lead and manage the delivery of a comprehensive program of work for fibre network deployment. To be successful in this role you will possess:

  • Proven experience in managing large-scale infrastructure programs, preferably in telecommunications or fibre deployment.

  • Strong understanding of fibre rollout technologies, methodologies, and industry standards.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex budgets and financial reporting.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience in risk and issue management within large-scale programs.

  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems and think like a leader, work independently and as part of a team, and learn quickly and adapt to changing situations

How will you support our “Why?”

As our Program Manager, you will be responsible for a number of success factors including:

Program delivery

  • Leading and managing the delivery of a comprehensive program of work for fibre network deployment. This includes planning, coordinating, and executing end-to-end project activities to achieve on-time, within-budget delivery while ensuring compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.

  • Partnering closely with your peers in Product, Growth, Technology, and Customer Operations to deliver the envisioned new product and product capabilities. You will co-lead this programme with your peer in Product, as the vision is rapidly evolving, and has new capabilities that are being developed.

  • Acting as the central point of accountability for program delivery, stakeholder management, risk management, and progress reporting.

  • Providing leadership and oversee the coordination of multiple projects within the program, ensuring interdependencies are managed effectively.

  • Identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks and issues affecting program delivery.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Establishing and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Facilitating communication between project teams and key stakeholders to manage expectations and resolve issues promptly.

Financial Management

  • Managing program budgets, track financial performance, and ensure cost-effective resource utilisation.

  • Providing regular financial forecasts and identify cost-saving opportunities where possible.

Compliance and Standards

  • Ensuring program activities comply with relevant regulatory, safety, and environmental standards.

  • Promoting a culture of safety and compliance across all program activities.
