IT Business Analyst

Essential Job Functions:

• Work with Department Leaders to develop technical solutions for business opportunities and advance the company’s sales efforts
• Define, analyze and document needs and requirements     
  • Assist with the business case
  • Plan and monitor
  • Elicit requirements
  • Organize requirements
  • Translate and simplify requirements
  • Requirements management and communication
  • Requirements analysis

• Ensure business reporting needs are met

• Drive the design or review of test cases and process change requests
• Manage the scope and acceptance of projects
• Other duties as assigned

Desired Qualifications:

• A combination of education and experience generally equivalent to a bachelor’s degree, plus five years of business analyst experience  
• Knowledge and experience using six sigma techniques to drive process improvement a plus
• Understanding of systems engineering concepts
• Business case management
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and customer service skills
• Strong experience in project management
• Strong technology and communication skills
• Experience working with Senior decision makers
