We are looking for an experienced Triparty & Operations Specialist to join our team that focuses on our Collateral Management clients in Frankfurt, Germany.
This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements.

What you will be responsible for
As Triparty and Operations Specialist you will
Ensure client issues and queries are resolved by responding and escalating as appropriate and timely
Act as an expert to our clients for our Triparty solution
Manage and execute various internal initiatives to improve operations, oversight and client experience
Oversee our Triparty operation teams while ensuring a robust and reliable workflow
Onboard new clients or business to our Triparty platform
Facilitate communication between Client and other stakeholders to ensure an effective operating environment
Work with management keeping them informed of new developments, service issues
Ensure high quality standards of service
Ensure superior client satisfaction by proactively identifying client needs, and potential internal issues impacting client satisfaction
Serve as escalation contact for internal and external stakeholders, provide direction to resolve complex issues, define and implement process improvements to mitigate the risk of repeated issues, and lead by example in supporting other teams and stakeholders in resolving issues
Collaborate with internal and external groups to identify, analyze and proactively resolve issues and exceptions
Perform client training on State Street processes and applications such as MyStateStreet
Manage daily service delivery to meet or exceed Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators
Contribute as subject matter expert to change processes and internal projects

Education & Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree with a focus on business and financial topics or comparable apprenticeship
At least 4 years of relevant experience in the financial industry, preferably within collateral management
Knowledge of financial instruments and the collateralization process for OTC, CCP, Repo, Triparty and Securities Lending
Good understanding of Middle Office processes
Proficiency in English and German
Strong knowledge of MS Office applications as well as Triparty applications such as Transcend
