Cost Control Analyst - Pre Contract Closeout Lead
ABOUT THIS POSITION
Applicant will be a leader of a diverse functional team performing contract closeout. This position will partner with Operations, Contracts, Subcontracts, Compliance and Billing while performing the cost control portion of contract closeout to include but not limited to; verify allowable costs, review of cost past POP as trailing costs, research multiple systems for reporting accuracy, analyze costs on hold, identify cost overrun and initiate request for additional funds, analyze earned fee vs invoiced, analyze unbilled costs/fee and conducting de-obligation of funds by CLIN/SLIN/ACRN.
Primary Duties:
- Tracking each program’s closeout progress within the scope of cost control
- Partnering with Program Control Analysts to finalize close out actions
- Responsible for the staging process of contract files in accordance with (IAW) contract retention policies and regulations
- Updating any required databases, spreadsheets and systems related to contract closeout actions.
- Partnering with shared services AR to processes interim invoices
- Partnering with shared services AP to process subcontractor invoices
- Receiving and processing requests to de-obligate excess funding.

Basic Compensation:
$120,560.00 - $180,730.00
The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
