Job description

Overview:

Use your organizational and presenting skills by partnering with the Performance Review Institute, a not-for-profit trade organization that is committed to the continual improvement of quality in critical industries. 

The purpose of this independent contractor position is to deliver virtual training sessions to critical industries where safety and quality are shared goals.  You will collaborate with our internal team and PRI Training instructors to provide online live training experiences to a global audience of industry professionals. The PRI Training program offers training in multiple languages to support PRI’s industry managed programs, provide technical training in critical processes and quality management systems content. This role would suit someone who has experience as an instructor or session producer and is looking for occasional work.

Qualifications:

Qualifications

In their role as a PRI Training session producer, applicants will:

  • Conduct pre-session rehearsals and coordinate with instructors to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Host virtual training sessions acting as the main point of contact, addressing any technical issues or disruptions.
  • Monitor participant engagement and provide support as needed.
  • Help facilitate online interactive exercises forming part of the training course.
  • Collect feedback from participants and stakeholders to assess training effectiveness.

 

To qualify to work as a PRI Training session producer, applicants must meet the following general requirements:

  • Proficient in using training software and technology including virtual training platforms such as Zoom.
  • Positive, diplomatic, and professional with customers (internal and external) and peers at all times.
  • Excellent organizational skills in both oral and written capacities.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
