Job description

We’re looking for a Staff Accountant to support our accounting team. This role reports to our Controller.

Responsibilities will include:

Responsible for day-to-day general ledgering activities
Support day-to-day accounts receivable operations
Ownership of our AR Mailbox & field internal and external requests and deliverables
Full ownership of our customer invoicing process
Clear communication of status updates & Comfortable with sharing challenges/unknowns

Ideal candidate has:

1-3 years experience in general ledger maintenance, and account reconciliations
Knowledge of journal entries and basic financial concepts
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Excel, and experience with Quickbooks Online
Proficiency with Google Sheets, and advanced formulas
Excellent organization and time management
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
A willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and do whatever is necessary to ensure company success
Experience working in a rapidly evolving startup environment
A desire to be a part of our mission to improve the U.S. healthcare system

The target salary range for this position is: $85,000 - $100,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on a variety of factors including qualifications, skills and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans.
