How You’ll Make an Impact

Identify and evaluate potential IT projects for accomplishing team and company goals
Oversee the full lifecycle of large-scale IT projects from initiation to closure
Serve as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects within scope, budget, and schedule
Implement and refine project management methodologies and best practices
Identify and mitigate risks proactively, developing contingency plans as needed
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project managers
Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and outcomes

What You’ll Need to be Successful

Hybrid Opportunity: Ability to work remotely, with potential hybrid configuration at later date
Must Have:
- 5+ years of experience in IT project management
- Expertise in Agile, Scrum, or other project management frameworks
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification
- Willing to adapt to changes in the job description as deemed necessary by the business and accept all other duties as assigned
Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field or advanced degree preferred
