We are looking for a Software Engineer (Machine Learning) to join our team and tackle exciting challenges at the intersection of 𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵, 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀, 𝗡𝗟𝗣, and 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. If you're passionate about AI and ML, this might be the perfect fit for you!

Your Challenge

You’ll work on GenAI technologies, traditional ML, and scalable AI systems, focusing on solving high-impact problems. Your work will directly enhance search, personalization, recommendations, and content generation.

Key Responsibilities

𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗔𝗜 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗶𝗲𝘀

Fine-tune and deploy Generative AI models using PEFT, IA3, and transformers (e.g., BERT, GPT, and image transformers is a plus).
Build NLP, ranking models for content generation and personalization.

𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵

Design and implement ML-driven systems to improve search relevance, recommendation accuracy, and personalization.
Apply traditional ML techniques like XGBoost, LightGBM, CNN, clustering, and deep learning.

𝗦𝗤𝗟 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘀𝗶𝘀

Work with structured and unstructured data, leveraging SQL and data engineering pipelines to prepare and analyze training data.

𝗦𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗠𝗟 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴

Architect solutions for distributed training and optimize resource usage for large-scale model training.

𝗢𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 (𝗣𝗹𝘂𝘀): 𝗠𝗟𝗢𝗽𝘀

Manage MLOps pipelines using tools like SageMaker, Ray, MLFlow, or Vertex AI for seamless deployment and monitoring.

Requirements

5+ years in software engineering in machine learning, with a track record of developing production-grade systems.
Proficiency in Python and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
Strong understanding of transformers, SQL, PEFT techniques, and traditional ML algorithms (e.g., XGBoost, clustering).
Background in search, recommendation systems, or LLMs. (Preferred)
