Job description

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Sales Executive to join our Property Management Staffing Agency. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of selling staffing services to Property Management companies, possesses an established book of business, and can start generating revenue immediately. This role involves building strong client relationships, attending trade shows and industry events, and driving business growth within the Property Management sector.
Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development:
  • Leverage your existing book of business to secure new contracts with Property Management companies for staffing solutions.
  • Identify and engage potential clients, showcasing the value of our specialized staffing services.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
    • Conduct regular client check-ins to understand their evolving staffing needs and offer tailored solutions.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, addressing challenges and providing staffing expertise.
  • Event and Trade Show Participation:
    • Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to generate leads and strengthen brand visibility.
    • Actively seek out and participate in sponsorship opportunities at relevant events.
    • Deliver impactful presentations and demonstrations that highlight our staffing capabilities.
  • Travel and Client Engagement:
    • Travel to meet clients and prospects, conduct on-site visits, and build rapport through in-person interactions.
    • Strengthen client relationships by attending meetings, events, and industry gatherings.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
    • Develop customized staffing proposals that align with client needs and business objectives.
    • Negotiate contracts, ensuring mutual benefit and alignment with company goals.
    • Monitor industry trends and provide feedback to enhance our service offerings.
  • Collaboration and Reporting:
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and exceptional service delivery.
    • Maintain accurate sales records in CRM tools and provide regular updates on sales activity and performance metrics.
    • Share market insights with leadership to support strategic decision-making.

    Requirements

    Key Qualifications:

    • 5+ years proven experience in B2B sales, particularly in staffing services for the Property Management industry.
    • An established book of business with active client relationships in the sector.
    • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
    • Strong networking skills and experience representing a company at trade shows and industry events.
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
    • Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings, trade shows, and conferences.
    • Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
