What Experience Is Important to Us
5+ years of experience in managing payouts within online gambling, fintech, or e-commerce industries.
Deep understanding of payment systems, including traditional methods and cryptocurrencies.
Proven track record of working with multiple PSPs and integrating payment solutions.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations, information security principles, and fraud prevention techniques.
Expertise in analyzing and optimizing payment workflows to improve performance and user satisfaction.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
What You Will Do
Manage the end-to-end payout process, ensuring smooth, secure, and efficient transactions while building and maintaining strong relationships with PSPs and cryptocurrency platforms.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize payout speed, success rates, and operational costs, with a focus on automation and innovation.
Monitor key performance metrics (e.g., processing times, success rates, and customer satisfaction) and use insights to enhance processes and resolve issues.
Strengthen fraud prevention and implement robust security protocols to safeguard financial transactions and minimize risks.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations by collaborating closely with the compliance team and maintaining updated policies and procedures.
Conduct regular audits and analysis of payout operations to identify trends, improve user experience, and introduce new payment methods.
Collaborate with customer support teams to address payout-related issues promptly, ensuring high levels of player satisfaction.
Provide regular performance reports to leadership and implement best practices to continuously enhance the payout process.
