You will be:
  • collaborate with product managers, designers, developers, and marketers to identify key areas for optimization and experimentation,
  • design A/B and multivariate tests using Optimizely to evaluate hypotheses and drive data-informed decisions,
  • develop testing strategies, including defining success metrics, sample sizes, and test durations, to ensure statistically significant results,
  • implement experiments across various digital channels, including websites, mobile apps, and email campaigns,
  • monitor test performance in real-time, analyze results, and communicate findings and insights to stakeholders,
  • continuously iterate on testing methodologies and best practices to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of experimentation processes,
  • work closely with data analysts to ensure accurate data collection, validation, and interpretation,
  • provide recommendations for website and app enhancements based on test results and user feedback,
  • stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in A/B testing and optimization techniques.
