Job Title: Recruitment Coordinator
Location:
Remote (MST Time zone)
Salary Range:
up to 1213 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (MST)

Position Overview:

The Recruitment Coordinator will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and onboarding talent to support high-volume hiring across Denver, Phoenix, and Chicago. The ideal candidate will excel at managing end-to-end recruitment processes, developing targeted hiring strategies, and maintaining strong communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates using platforms like Facebook and Nextdoor, as well as job boards and local networks.
  • Create targeted recruitment strategies for each city.
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess reliability, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Craft engaging job postings to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with management to align hiring strategies with business goals.
  • Oversee onboarding, including documentation and orientation.
  • Analyze recruitment data to improve sourcing and hiring processes.
  • Maintain proactive communication with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
  • Support recruitment for future expansions and scaling efforts.


Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in English.
  • Experience with CRM and document signing software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Previous experience in recruitment or HR.
  • Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Spanish language proficiency to better engage with candidates whose primary language is Spanish.
