Remote Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a Remote Administrative Assistant to support our operations by performing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote setting. Experience in the food, beverages, pharmaceutical, or finance/insurance/banking services industries is highly valued.


Responsibilities
  • Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members.
  • Handle correspondence, including drafting emails and preparing documents as needed.
  • Maintain and update records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as report generation and file management.
  • Coordinate logistics for virtual events, training sessions, and team activities.
  • Provide general administrative support to team members and management.

Requirements
  • Minimum Academic Training: High school diploma or equivalent. A Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Area of Study: Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or support role, preferably remote.
  • Experience in the food, beverages, pharmaceutical, or finance/insurance/banking services industries is a strong advantage.
Skills
  • Proficiency in English (advanced level required).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace).
  • Familiarity with virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Trello).

Job Details
  • Type of Contract: Direct hire, indefinite period.
  • Work Schedule: Daytime schedules. Moday to Saturday.
  • Work Modality: Fully remote.
