We support our customers in making buildings more climate-friendly, more comfortable and more affordable with connected real estate, simple products and high processing and service quality. We provide our customers with efficient, tailored processes and applications for operating IoT infrastructures in real estate, as well as our flexible Enterprise-IoT-Suite, in which we manage data from many millions of sensors into intelligent products and services.

Your mission

In this role you will be responsible for administration of our Cloud / SaaS productivity tools, namely Google Workspace and Jira Cloud. You will also take on some of the responsibilities of an IT service role, such as ordering and setting up new laptops and other IT equipment, and managing assets/inventory.

What we need from you

We are searching for a motivated candidate with following qualifications:

Creativity and pragmatism proven by finding elegant solutions for simplification and automation of IT administration workflows and processes
practicable experience administering Google Workspace accounts with at least 100 usersÂ
proven practical experience administering Atlassian cloud accounts (JIRA, Confluence) with at least 100 users
experience in IT asset/inventory management
experience in software and hardware procurement processes
Proven experience deploying and managing MDM solutions(e.g. JumpCloud, jamf, etcâ¦)
Proven experience working with IAM tools(preferably Azure Entra)

Practical experience defining and setting up RBAC / Roles and Permissions
Practical experience with Microsoft Office 365 Business
Degree in Computer Science or a related fieldÂ
German Language Skills strongly preferred
Location in Germany (preferably Hamburg or surrounding area)Â
